(Witness) Biography | 7 December 1923 | Chief Inspector (?) Bowden of Hove CID witnessed the biography of Isabel Margery Bailey: Margery was found murdered in their flat with gunshot and stab wounds. Her murder was investigated by Chief Inspector Bowden of Hove CID. Her husband, Norman, was last seen on the 7th December 1923. A worldwide manhunt ensued until his decomposed body was found in the River Thames in the May of 1924. He has shot himself.
