Biography		Information on this family was initially provided to the RBFO in February 2004, by Gregory Brough Hargreaves, of 1 Hornel Road, Kirkcudbright, Dumfries, Scotland, DG6 4LH, United Kingdom.On February 7, 2004, Gregory Brough Hargreaves emailed the RBFO and stated that his 'great, great grandfather was a Richard Brough born [about] 1839 [in Biddulph who had] married an 'Ann'.' Subsequent research by the RBFO determined that this Richard Brough was the same Richard Brough who was christened on 11 Dec 1836 in Biddulph and who appears as the father/husband on this family group record.Information on this family was also obtained from the 1871, 1881 and 1891 British Census for the area of Wolstanton-Thursfield, Staffordshire, England. (Thursfield is a Chapelry of Wolstanton and is located next to Newchapel and between Kidsgrove and Biddulph, Staffordshire, England.)¹
