He married Euphemia Marie Switzer, age 38, born in Bobcageon, Ontario, Canada to Alvin Switzer and Margaret Embury. At the time of this marriage Robert John is listed as a widower, age 37, born in Broughton, Lancashire to parents Edward and Ann Jones.
