Got porridge for supper as usual and went to bed...About 3.05 Monday she heard a peculiar noise and found her husband unconscious...raised her 2 daughters....John Shackleton, neighbour, tried to administer whisky without success. Death took place before 3.15...He had complained lately of pain in heart....About 12 weeks ago he was attended by Dr Dearden for bronchitis. Doctor said he had weak heart...Verdict: Death from Natural Causes.
